The Conquest group at St. Timothy’s parish in Chantilly, VA celebrates the new year with fun and excitement! The adult leaders, team leaders and members all go to their local bowling alley for some fun, games and of course competition. Len Rice, the Conquest leader, has a very unique way of making this a “Free Event”. He plans well in advance and actually builds in the cost of the day into the members annual fee. This obviously creates an almost guaranteed 100% turnout of members. I believe this is a good practice that other Conquest groups around the country could think about in planning for next year. Plan a group event, a fun and exciting get away and build it into the annual fees for the fall of 2016!
